Jennifer Ciarrocchi is an attorney in the firm’s civil litigation practice area. While enrolled at the University of Baltimore School of Law, Ms. Ciarrocchi took classes during the evenings to accommodate her full-time job as a paralegal in order to gain valuable legal experience both inside and outside the classroom. After graduating as valedictorian of her class, Ms. Ciarrocchi began her legal career assisting clients with a wide range of civil litigation matters, including employment, education, and insurance law. Prior to joining Thomas & Libowitz in 2020, Ms. Ciarrocchi was an associate with another Baltimore law firm where she represented large and small employers and educational institutions in a variety of litigation matters and advised them regarding compliance with federal immigration law, and local and federal employment and education law.
Ms. Ciarrocchi attended the University of Baltimore School of Law where she graduated as valedictorian of the 2016 class and was awarded the prestigious Law Faculty award. She was a staff editor of the University of Baltimore Law Review, a member of the National Appellate Advocacy Moot Court Team, and a member of Phi Delta Phi (legal honor society).
