BALTIMORE– Thomas & Libowitz adds experienced trial attorney Constantine (Gus) J. Themelis to the firm as a member.
With more than 20 years of experience, Gus has successfully tried dozens of jury trials and hundreds of bench trials. He represents a diverse array of clients in state and federal courts in his commercial and business litigation practice, which includes franchise disputes, insurance litigation, commercial real estate development, construction claims and matters involving breach of contract, fraud, and admiralty.
Prior to joining the firm, Mr. Themelis litigated scores of toxic tort matters, including lead paint, carbon monoxide and other chemical exposures, and participated in multiple trials representing a material handling equipment manufacturer in a multi-state catastrophic injury product liability litigation.
