The ideal candidate will have the following experience and skills:

Experience handling a wide array of business transactions, with an understanding of corporate and partnership structures. An understanding of corporate/partnership governance and corporate/partnership tax preferred.

Must be a quality legal drafter with analytical and research skills. Heavy client interaction is a plus.

Responsiveness is extremely important. Must also possess strong multi-tasking and organization skills, and be willing to work at the firm’s office on a regular, weekly basis, alone or on a team. Our office thrives on in-person interaction. It can oftentimes be a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Admitted to the Maryland Bar (or readily willing to waive in).
