Mr. Denkevitz is an attorney in Thomas & Libowitz, P.A.’s civil litigation department. As the firm’s Electronic Discovery Manager, Mr. Denkevitz assists clients in effectively navigating challenges presented by litigation involving complex eDiscovery issues, including assessing clients’ electronically stored information (ESI) preservation obligations, responding to document subpoenas seeking ESI, managing ESI collections and designing and implementing search and review protocols of ESI that comply with recognized authorities on the subject.
Mr. Denkevitz has extensive eDiscovery experience in Civil Investigative Demand matters, FTC Second Requests, False Claims Act Investigations, and Trade Secret matters. Having previously worked in the IT Governance Dept. of CitiFinancial, Mr. Denkevitz brings extensive insight into rapidly changing information technologies affecting businesses of every size and kind.
Additionally, Mr. Denkevitz’s proficiency in multiple technology platforms enables him to employ defensible best practices for clients in a cost-effective manner.
