|  | Mr. Snyder is the chair of the tax practice group for Thomas & Libowitz. This practice area involves federal and state tax research, advice, and planning for the firm's clients in a variety of areas ranging from joint ventures and business transactions to real estate and personal tax matters for individuals. It also includes the representation of clients at all administrative levels of the Internal Revenue Service and before the United States Court.
Before joining Thomas & Libowitz, Mr. Snyder was a partner with Weinberg & Green for thirteen years and served for several years on the firm's Executive Committee. During his career, he has represented some of the largest privately held companies in the country in mergers, acquisitions, structuring tax motivated transactions and providing federal and state tax advice and planning for the companies and their owners. Mr. Snyder was a key player in structuring the transaction resulting in the most recent purchase of the Baltimore Ravens.

|  | Mr. Snyder has, for many years, been active at Second Presbyterian Church in Baltimore, Maryland, previously serving as a member of the board of trustees. He has been the chairman of the board of the Country Club of Maryland since 1999 and was instrumental in organizing the membership in purchasing the Club in 1999. He is listed in Best Lawyers in America for tax law (Woodward and White) for the years 2002 through 2009 and in Maryland Super Lawyers 2006, 2007, 2008 & 2009.
