Thomas & Libowitz is pleased to announce that Matthew F. Penater has become associated with the firm. Mr. Penater is a 1998 graduate of the University of Scranton, received his JD Degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law, with honors, in 2005 and obtained a LLM in taxation from the University of Baltimore School of Law, graduate tax program, in May 2006. He will be concentrating in the areas of the Estate Planning, Probate Estate Administration, Tax and Business Law.
